This is at the "mercado" (market), where we go to bargain for groceries. Danaya has discovered that a hard green avocado is actually ripe (but in Canada it would be under-ripe!). Pineapples, avocadoes, watermelon, and limes are in season right now. Mangoes aren't in season until March.
