As we were walking with our entourage on a steeper rocky section, a little girl (maybe 5 years old or less?) fell and scraped her cheek pretty badly. She is almost hidden on the far left of the picture. She has been scared of me when I've seen her on other days, so I passed my Polysporin to an older girl and she spread some on the scrape. I always carry a first aid kit for moments like this, as well as in case anything happens on the trail. There is very little chance of medical help in this village.
