Dave ran/walked up to Tierra Linda today, and walked back down with the Texan visitors.
It took him 30 minutes to go up from the yellow bridge, which is actually still faster than driving around through Solola. The students make it up in 20-25 minutes, so Dave has room to improve. It was much faster today without Zane on his back!
Dave is going to conquer the Grouse Grind when we return.

No need to worry about your 10,000 steps!
Hi Danaya, Dave and Zane:
We have been following yout blog faithfully and marveling at all you have done. Now we are planning a volunteer trip to Panajachel from early June to late July, 2009. Please e-mail me if there is any chance that we can be of help continuing your good work with the children of Tierra Linda.
