We had ordered specialized antennas from a store in England, had them shipped to Canada, and then carried here by Dustin and Jaydene. The antennas connect to our USB modem.
This is us conducting speed tests in Tierra Linda. We are proud to say that we had a speed of 678 Kbps today, which is about what most of you have at your home.
This is the first time that effective internet will be available in Tierra Linda! With this speed, we should be able to get the computers online in the village. As you can imagine, this is a massive step forward on our quest here.
