It's been one of the famed "Guatemalan Days", where it's just one thing after another. After a tough morning computer class, many things to do, and racing out to get to Spanish class, Dave twisted his ankle on the way down the road. He managed to not fall, which was good, since he had Zane on his back.
When we got into town, he bought a bag of ice and a garbage can, and had an ice bath going within 10 minutes. You can really prevent the swelling that way (it's a physiotherapist trick). Two minutes in, two minutes out. If you walk aggresively as much as possible, it keeps the swelling down too.
Eating carrot cake with Zane at Crossroads is also a good antidote for Guatemalan Days.

Awww, I'm sorry!
Sorry to hear about your ankle! Hey, I think if you tried South African MelkTart tomorrow, the pain would go away for sure...
Yep, Adele's S.A.M.Tart is indeed a kind of a cure-all. You can tell her I said it.
Counting the days...
Melody
Hope it heals fast!
