We stopped for dinner at the Rosticeria, our favourite cheap eats place in Panajachel. It's run by a guy who grew up in Timmins in Northern Ontario, so we're almost brothers. Our favourite is the "Speciale Economico", which gets you a piece of fried chicken, rice, tortillas, and a glass of "horchata" (a rice drink) for 10 quetzales (about $1.80 Canadian).
