Fifth-Graders!

The fifth-graders worked on an assignment about the circulatory system today, learning about hearts, valves, arteries, and the like. Their teacher, Felipe, told them to research for diagrams and definitions of the different parts.

This is exactly the type of "integration" that we've hoped to see happen, where the computers become a support for the existing curriculum. This is the first week where the teachers have caught on and starting doing it. We're thrilled!

It's nothing short of amazing to watch this whole venture evolve. Lots of room for creativity, learning...I'm short for words, but not for amazement, delight and appreciation of the goodness that is coming out of all these conexions. "Ode to Joy" is top on my list...
blessings, safety and joy to you all
