I am procrastinating on going grocery shopping right now (your blog is far too interesting) and thought that now I should wait until you post the recipe for this delectable looking salad so I can add it to my meal plan. Do you think the kids would like it?
Chicken’s Feet Soup 1 Posted in Kitchen by Mrs Donald on March 4th, 2009
In the market last Saturday I bought a bag of chicken feet for 50p. Today I made stock, adding three pairs to the normal pot, viz 2 onions, 4 carrots, a bunch of cabbage leaves, one roast chicken carcass broken up, plus throat, lungs and heart, thyme, sage bay leaves and enough water to cover. People say they add a good gelatinous quality to the stock - let’s see.

I can feel the homemade chicken soup coming on! A good ol Mennonite recipe could give Pollo Campero a run for their money. What do you think??
